Our January 25^th Holiday Party Will Now Be a Zoom Gathering

At the January 11^th Board meeting it was decided that in the interest of safety due to the recent Covid variant upsurge it would be best to not meet in person at The Colonial House in Sun Prairie but instead conduct our meeting via Zoom and postpone our Holiday celebration to later in the spring.

For our January 25^th gathering, please join us for a Zoom gathering for wine talk, a Charcuterie competition, and a game of PHV Virtual Bingo!

• 1.    Every PHV member can enter one charcuterie board for the meeting. We invite you to carefully curate and decorate your board. You can feature a specific cheese and have your chosen wine pairing nearby.
• 2.    When ready, take photos of the board along with a clearly written name card for your entry and the selected wine you paired. Prepare a small write-up sharing the items on your board, featured cheese (and why it was chosen), and a small excerpt about your wine pairing and how the cheese compliments it.

• 3.    Email your photos and entry description to Kim Genin at kim.genin@gmail.com by January 24^th to be entered into the presentation competition. Any submissions received after January 24^th may be shown in the meeting presentation but will not be included in the competition voting.
• 4.    Voting: We will be voting virtually on overall presentation and there will be prizes for winners of first, second, and third place.

We will also have a PHV Bingo game available on our website for you to download (JPEG or PDF) and print your game board ahead of time to be ready to play. Winner (s) will receive a prize!

We are saddened that we will not be able to share and celebrate in person, but we hope you all be able to enjoy your own charcuterie board during the meeting.
