This is the “essential” food and wine class because it is to be a jam packed 3 hours of learning all about wine including history, terminology, aging, purchasing, storing, old world vs. new world, wine making, component tasting and food with 5 wines! That’s 5 full glasses of wine and food! You’ll learn so much. . . This is a seriously fun and educational class! Rob is fun and entertaining, and the staff – terrific! Rob recently wrote the book, “Unveiling the Sommelier Secrets to Food & Wine Pairing,” which will be available to purchase ($15) at the end of the course.
More than 1,000 students have taken this class over the last 10 years! This class will teach you “essentially” all you need to know to be a true connoisseur. You will be learning the science behind food & wine pairing, so every meal going forward can be amazing!
Typically, the class runs $75 (including book), but Rob is providing the group event cost at $45/per person, without the book. Again, the book will be available to purchase at the end of the event.
