PHV Chili Cook-Off! Please arrive Tuesday March 28 from 6:30 p.m.to get your chili & sides ready for the Tasting & Judging that will begin at 6:45 p.m. and hope to see you there!  Bring your favorite wine and check out our Agenda for March’s meeting below.

Chili Cook-Off

Replacing this month’s Snack Schedule to make room for PHV Chili Cook-Off! Bring your tried & true favorite chili recipe or try something new to share with members this month.

Index cards will be numbered 1-? with your name written on back. Everyone will be allowed to taste & judge for their favorites by writing their favorite with a number on a slip of paper (provided). Rules: Judging will be based upon TASTE only.

Prizes will be generated for 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd place.

FYI: Bowls, Spoons, Sour Cream, Shredded Cheese, and crackers will be provided.

ADD’L INFORMATION: Cornbread, muffins, etc. can be brought to share with the group as well. Thank you!

Also - If you have wine that you would like detailed feedback from members from our Science Committee, please arrive by 6:30 p.m. to meet in the kitchen area.
