Our regular monthly PHV club meeting will be held at the Cornerstone Building, 100 Wilburn Road, Sun Prairie, on Tuesday, March 24th! Meeting time is 7:00 pm.
At this meeting Glenn will get us all prepared for the upcoming PHV Club Competition event by discussing wine judging: techniques, opportunities, reminders, etc. Come ready to learn!
Wine: Bring a favorite red, white, sweet, dry - to go with the chili cook-off, we can't be wrong, and won'te be right.

We’re looking for the first 12 bold souls to bring their legendary recipes to the table. Will your name be etched in PHV history? Whether it's a family secret passed down for generations or a new 'top-secret' experimental batch, we want to taste it!

Contestants:
* Rules? There are no rules, other than to be an official contestant for 2026, and bring your iconic chili warmed in a crock pot.
* Please bring a copy of your recipe for friends to take a picture of to try for themselves at home.
*Ladles will be provided for each contestant for similar servings.
*Prizes will be generated for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
Judges:
*Attendees will be able to vote for their top three favorites: From mild and smoky to 'fire-in-the-hole' spicy, come sample 12 unique chilis and help us crown the champion! Sample first – bowls later.
