Many of you may be familiar with Jack Keller? He published A LOT of winemaking recipes using a large variety of fruits, vegetables etc. After he passed away the Susquehanna Wine Guild compiled a lot of these recipes. They made it available for downloading but it was hard to use. I had my daughter alphabetize the table of contents. The resulting document is attached.
So far ever recipe I’ve looked at using the table of contents as a hot link took me to the correct recipe.
